Thankful Thursday: It's Official !!!!!!!!!!!!

Today is the day we recieved news that Mr. Clark is OFFICIALLY on the TRANSPLANT list for a KIDNEY/PANCREAS. YES---BOTH OF THEM AT THE SAME TIME!~
